Safety Warning:
• Heat the pan slowly using medium heat, and once the pan is hot, reduce the heat to low for duration of cooking. DO NOT HEAT YOUR PAN WHEN IT IS EMPTY OF ANY LIQUID.
• May be used in the oven up to temperatures of 260C.
• Metal utensils will scratch or chip the enamel surface, use only wooden, plastic or nylon tools.
• Cast Iron enamel cookware is heavy and care should be taken when lifting and moving across ceramic, glass, electric, halogen and inductive stovetops (do not slide). ALWAYS USE OVEN GLOVES WHEN LIFTING A HOT PAN FROM THE STOVETOP OR OVEN.
• Place hot cookware on a heat proof board or cloth. Do not place hot cookware on an unprotected surface.
• Although cast iron is extremely durable, it may break or chip if dropped or knocked on a hard surface.
• Allow the pan to cool before washing.
