Preparation and Usage

Radiant pale gold with a youthful green glow. Attractive pine-apple and lemon & lime fruit purity with an intensity on both the nose and palate. A gracious and engaging wine even without oak. Best served chilled at 6C to 8C, with or without food. Delicious with chicken la king, veal parmigiana, pasta alfredo, grilled calamari or roast pork. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3 years from vintage.

Cold fermented in stainless steel and left completely unwooded to amplify the clean, fresh fruit on the nose and palate. Lees contact with monthly stirring enriches the flavours, adding complexity to the wine.
